    目的：探讨品管圈在缩短外科手术接台时间中的应用。方法：开展品管圈活动，运用质量管理工具，对外科手术接台延时原因进行分析和改进。结果：实施品管圈活动后外科手术接台时间由71 min下降至42 min。结论：开展品管圈活动可以缩短接台时间，优化接台流程，提高科室人员的团队精神。

    Objective：To explore the application of the quality control circle in shortening the time management of surgical operation. Methods：Quality control circle was established and the common tools of quality control were applied according to activity procedures. In addition，the reason to the operation delay of surgery was improved. Results：The time of the actual operation of the field operation was reduced to 42 minutes from71 minutes. Conclusion：It can shorten the reception time，optimize the reception process，and improve the team spirit of the department staff.
