目的：遏制医疗行业领域中普遍存在的腐败弊病，加强医院廉政文化建设的推进和开展，促进医疗卫生事业稳步健康前行。方法：自制问卷，调研南京7所三级医院的510名行政人员，反映医院廉政文化建设的现状以及对医院廉政文化建设推进措施的支持和认同。结果：不同职务的工作人员对医院腐败现状认知有1项条目间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），剩余2项条目间差异无统计学意义（P＞0. 05）；在不同工作年限、学科背景的工作人员对医院腐败现状的认知中显示3项条目间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），则行政人员相关认知大体是一致的。针对医院腐败现状，提出医院廉政文化建设的具体措施。结论：加强医院廉政文化建设的督促工作，对医院预腐防控有积极推动作用。

Objective：Our study is mainly designed to curb the corruption phenomenon in the medical industry，strengthen the promotion and development of the hospital’s clean government culture，and promote the steady and healthy advancement of the medical and health undertakings. Methods：A self-made questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 510 administrative staff of 7 tertiary hospitals in Nanjing，for the purpose of reflecting the current situation of hospital’s clean government culture construction and the support and recognition of the hospital’s clean government culture construction promotion methods. Results：There was a statistically significant difference in the cognition of hospital corruption among staff in different positions（P < 0.05），and the difference between the remaining two items was not statistically significant（P > 0.05）；In the cognition of hospital corruption among staff with different working years and subject backgrounds，the difference between the three items was not statistically significant（P > 0.05），and the relevant knowledge of executives was generally consistent. In view of the current situation of hospital corruption，the specific measures to foster a culture of clean government are proposed. Conclusion：The author believes that strengthening the supervision work of the hospital’s clean government culture can positively promote the prevention and control of hospital pre-corruption.
