    根据数字化医院的建设要求,利用医学数字成像和通信标准(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine,DICOM)、工作列表服务、通讯服务、文件传输协议(File Transfer Protocol,FTP)等相关技术,某院构建了图像存档与传输系统(Picture Archiving and Communication System,PACS),包括影像诊断工作站和临床WEB浏览系统。在前期建设的基础上,该院对PACS系统进行了升级,增加了预约登记排队系统,并将人工智能应用到肺小结节的辅助诊断。随着医院集成平台的建设,PACS系统逐步将各个接口移至集成平台,并且将所有报告传至数据中心,实现了医院影像资源的充分共享,降低了物资成本、管理成本,提高了医院的服务质量,产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

    With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous expansion of the hospital scale,according to the construction requirements of the digital hospital,the certain hospital PACS system is constructed using the DICOM standard,the workList service,the communication service,the FTP service and other related technologies. The hospital PACS system consists of the image diagnostic workstation and the clinical WEB browsing system. On the basis of preliminary construction,the hospital PACS system has been further upgraded. The system of reservation and Queuing is added. And the artificial intelligence is applied in the auxiliary diagnosis of pulmonary nodules. Along with the building of the integrated platform,the interfaces are moved to the integrated platform,and all the reports are transferred to the data center. Therefore,the image resources of hospital are full shared. The material cost and the management cost are reduced. The quality of service is improved. The PACS system brings enormous economic benefits and social benefits. This paper mainly discusses the process of building and upgrade of the hospital PACS system,and the Prospect of Cloud Platform.
