Abstract:Objective：To explore the effect of implementing the management measures of multi-drugresistant bacteria，prevent the spread of multi-drugresistant bacteria and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection of multi-drugresistant bacteria. Methods：Total9826 inpatients from July 2018 to June 2019 in a certain hospital were selected as the research objects. A series of intervention measures were set up to improve the management organization，implement emergency value management and multi-department collaborative management. The detection rate of multi-drug resistant bacteria and the incidence of hospital infection were compared and analyzed before and after the implementation of the intervention measures. Result：After the implementation of the measures，the detection rate of multi-drug resistant bacteria and the incidence of nosocomial infection in hospitalized patients decreased significantly. Conclusion：Through establishing and improving the organizational structure，implementing the reporting system of multi-drugresistant bacteria，strengthening the management of hand hygiene，strengthening the cleaning and disinfection of the diagnosis and treatment environment and the surface of objects，a series of interventions have been taken to improve awareness of infection control，which has significantly reduced the detection rate of multi-drug-resistant bacteria and the incidence of nosocomial infection in hospitalized patients，and improved the medical service. Improved medical quality promotes patient safety.
