中文摘要: 目的：优化门诊麻醉药品专用病历管理流程。方法：分析传统麻醉药品专用病历管理流程存在的问题，结合《处方管理办法》和《医疗机构麻醉药品、第一类精神药品管理规定》的要求，使用信息化手段管理门诊麻醉药品专用病历。结果：通过门诊电子病历系统、药房管理系统及高拍仪系统的开发改造，建成了门诊麻醉药品电子专用病历管理系统。结论：门诊麻醉药品电子专用病历管理系统简化了慢性疼痛患者的就诊流程，减少了麻醉药品被滥用的风险，降低了医院的管理成本。
Abstract:Objective：To optimize the management process of medical record for narcotic drugs in outpatient department. Methods：Firstly，analyzed the problems existing in the traditional management process of medical record for narcotic drugs in outpatient department. Then used information means to manage the medical record for narcotic drugs according to Management Regulations of Narcotic Drugs and First Class Psychotropic Drugs in Medical Institution and Prescription Management Method. Results：The electronic medical record management system for narcotic drugs was built through the reconstruction of electronic medical record system，pharmacy management system and high-speed scanner system in outpatient department. Conclusions：The electronic medical record management system for narcotic drugs simplifies the treatment process for patients with chronic pain，reduces the risk of abuse of narcotic drugs，and reduces hospital management costs.
