中文摘要: 目的:分析宿迁市农村订单定向医学本科生毕业后履约情况和参加住院医师规范化培训情况,评价宿迁市农村订单定向医学本科生培养工作并提出相关政策建议。方法:采用自制问卷,对宿迁市2011年、2012年培养的 85 名农村订单定向临床医学专业本科生进行普查,采用描述性统计分析方法对数据进行分析。结果:86.08%农村订单定向医学本科生毕业后履约,就业后第一年参加住培的比例为 92.65%,住培期间月平均总收入为3 606.9元,82.54%的农村订单定向医学本科生认为住培基地成立独立的全科医学科“非常必要”,对住培满意度为95.24%,住培结束后愿意继续履约的比例为55.56%,合约期满后愿意继续留在基层工作的比例为10.29%。结论:宿迁市农村订单定向医学本科生履约情况及参加住培情况良好,对住培满意度高,但住培结束后与合约期满后愿意留在基层工作的比例低,相关部门应采取措施提高基层吸引力。
Abstract:Objective:This paper describes and analyzes the implementation situation of rural order-oriented medical graduates in Suqian and their participation in the standardized training of resident physicians,evaluates the cultivation work of rural order-oriented medical graduates in Suqian and provides relevant policy recommendations. Methods:A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a general survey of 85 rural order-oriented clinical medicine graduates cultivated in Suqian city in 2011 and 2012,and descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the data. Results:86.08% rural order directional medical graduates performance,employment after the first year to live,92.65% of living culture during the monthly average revenue is ¥3 606.9,82.54% of rural order orientation of medical graduates think residenttraining base stablishment of independent General Practice department was “very necessary”,for the living culture satisfaction was 95.24%,after the resident training is willing to continue the performance of the proportion of 55.56%,after the expiry of the contract to want to stay at grassroots ratio of 10.29%. Conclusions:The performance of rural order-oriented medical graduates in suqian is good and their participation in resident training is satisfactory. However,the proportion of students who are willing to work at the grassroots level after the completion of residential training and after the expiration of the contract is low. Relevant departments should take measures to improve the attractiveness of the grassroots level.
