Abstract:Objective：The study aims to build “Internet + medical and health” demonstration zones，implement tiered-system of diagnosis and treatment，reduce medical costs，and improve residents’ happiness through set up hospital payment and settlement system of medical union in internet. Methods：According to the actual situation in the area and hospitals，a provincial people’s hospital built a hospital payment and settlement service platform of medical union with regional hospitals as the main body，deeply integrated the resources of medical service institutions at all levels，and unified the payment and settlement system of medical institutions at all levels. Results：Through the exploration of the “Internet+medical service” mode of medical alliance，the whole process of medical services such as online telemedicine，chronic disease management，payment and settlement were gradually realized. Conclusion：Connecting patients，medical institutions and financial institutions to create closed-loop services for the whole medical process is of great significance to the implementation of the “Internet+medical and health” demonstration zone construction，the implementation of grading treatment，and the rational allocation of medical resources.
