中文摘要: 目的:了解江苏某儿童医院职工餐厅满意度及消费情况,探讨提高职工饮食满意度的方法。方法:对比分析2017年1月至2018年12月江苏某儿童医院两院区职工餐厅满意度调查结果及“智盘”系统消费数据。结果:广州路院区职工餐厅总体满意度为83.3±4.17分,河西院区职工餐厅总体满意度为85.6±3.79分,两院区职工饮食满意度无统计学差异。广州路院区平均客单价高于河西院区(p=0.008)、结算台客单价低于河西院区(p=0.01)、结算台消费频次占比高于河西院区(p=0.005)、结算台消费金额占比低于河西院区(p=0.003)。结论:该院职工饮食满意度总体较高,可以从提高餐饮质量和降低餐饮价格两个方面着手提高职工饮食满意度。从“智盘”系统消费数据来看,职工更倾向于高质量的大锅菜和平价的特色餐点,可从提高大锅菜质量和增加平价特色餐点等方面改善职工饮食满意度。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the satisfaction and consumption of the staffs in the canteen of a children’s hospital in Jiangsu province and to explore the methods of improving the dietary satisfaction. Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,the satisfaction was surveyed and consumption data in the staff canteen of a children’s hospital in Jiangsu province were analyzed. Results:The overall satisfaction of the staff canteen in Guang-zhou-lu section was 83.3±4.17 points,and the overall satisfaction of the staff canteen in he-xi section was 85.6±3.79 points. There was no significant difference in the food satisfaction of the staff in the two sections. The average unit price of Guang-zhou-lu section was higher(p=0.08),the unit price of settlement platform was lower,the consumption frequency of settlement platform was higher(p=0.005) than that in he-xi section. The consumption frequency of settlement station occupied a higher proportion than he-xi section(p=0.005),and the consumption amount of settlement station occupied a lower proportion than he-xi section(p=0.003). Conclusions:The overall diet satisfaction of staffs in our hospital is relatively high,which can be improved by improving the food quality and reducing the diet price. And from the consumption data,staffs prefer good quality Eintopf and cheap specialty snacks. We can improve the quality of food and increase the cheap snacks to improve the dietary satisfaction.
