Abstract:With the reform and development of grass-roots center of disease prevention and control (CDC) institutions，the problems in the management of fixed assets in grass-roots CDC has become increasingly prominent. The main manifestations are that the management system of fixed assets has not been established or improved；the management of fixed assets lacks integrity；and the utilization efficiency of fixed assets is low. Through the analysis，this article puts forward three aspects of strategies in fixed assets management. One is to establish and improve the management system of fixed assets in grass-roots CDC；the other is to highlight key links in the management of fixed assets in grass-roots CDC to standardize management；and the third is to establish information management to improve the utilization rate of fixed assets. On the basis of the above three aspects，the grass-roots CDC need combine with the current practice，further optimize the asset management of basic CDC institutions，and to contribute to the management benefits for better performance of CDC responsibilities.
