中文摘要: 目的:通过实施品管圈活动,加强药师审方意识,提高静脉配置中心(PIVAS)不合理医嘱采纳率,使静脉用药更合理、规范,确保临床用药安全。方法:应用品管圈PDCA十大步骤,七大管理手法分析PIVAS不合理医嘱主要类型,降低PIVAS不合理医嘱发生率,提高不合理医嘱采纳率,并进行持续探讨与改进。结果:通过品管圈活动,PIVAS 不合理医嘱采纳率由改善前56.16%提高至82.50%,目标达成率97.37%。结论:本次品管圈活动不仅提高PIVAS不合理医嘱采纳率,还增强了药师与临床医护人员的沟通协调能力,提升了药学服务的质量。

Abstract:Objective:Through carrying out the quality control circle activities,to strengthen the pharmacists' awareness,and to improve the adoption rate of the irrational medical order in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS),and to ensure the safety of clinical medication. Methods:The ten steps of the Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) and the seven management methods were carried out. The main types of unreasonable medical advice of PIVAS were analyzed. Results:After the application of quality control circle activities,the adoption rate of PIVAS unreasonable medical orders increased from 56.16% to 82.50%,and the target achievement rate was 97.37%. Conclusions:The quality control circle activity not only improves the adoption rate of unreasonable medical advice of PIVAS,but also enhances the communication and coordination ability between pharmacists and clinical medical staffs,and improves the quality of pharmaceutical services.
