目的：探讨医联体背景下联合质量安全管理模式在区域性消毒供应中心的应用效果。方法：区域化消毒供应中心与37家合作医疗机构共同成立联合质量安全管理小组，对物品供应的各个环节进行质量控制。结果：联合质量安全管理小组的成立使工作人员的理论水平、器械的预处理、工作人员的手卫生、物品的运输、交接、回收的合格率均有明显提升，提高了临床科室满意度与护士职业认同感。结论：联合质量安全管理小组在区域化消毒供应中心的应用切实可行，保证了物品的全程质量控制，也提高了护士的职业认同感。
Objective：To explore the application effect of combined quality and safety management model of regional sterile supply center in the context of medical consortium. Methods：Regional sterile supply center and 37 cooperative medical institutions set up a joint quality and safety management group to conduct quality control in all aspects of the supply. Results：The establishment of the joint quality and safety management group significantly improved the theoretical level of staffs，the pretreatment of devices，the qualified rate of the staffs’ hand hygiene，the transportation，handover and recycling，and also improved the clinical department’s satisfaction and the professional identity of nurses. Conclusions：The application of joint quality and safety management group in regional sterile supply center in the context of medical consortium is feasible，which guarantees the whole quality control of supplies and improves the professional identity of nurses.
