Abstract:Objective：By analyzing the talent training mode of School of International Oncology for Belt and Road Countries，to put forward some enlightenment and suggestions for developing international oncology talents in China. Methods：Through the case study，the experience and exploration of the training mode of the School of International Oncology for Belt and Road Countries was summarized. Results：Through analyzing the five aspects of the training，including overall objectives，training objects，training methods，curriculum system and evaluation feedback，we investigated the existing training mode of oncology talents in our country. we found that training target and purpose of the “onward” international cancer professional training center were obvious，the curriculum system being relatively rich，and the structure and settings meeting the actual needs. A systematic evaluation and feedback mechanism was established. Conclusions：The international talents training mode of the School of International Oncology for Belt and Road Countries will not only help improve the level of development and the capability of diagnosis and treatment of cancer technology in China，improving the overall quality of cancer professionals in China，but also help the selection and storage of tumor professionals.
