目的：了解医院党支部建设现状，为加强医院党支部建设提供参考性意见。方法：采用随机抽样，抽取南京市某医院部分党员职工填写问卷；同时对6位党支部书记进行访谈。结果：发现党支部存在组织设置不合理、活动内容及方式老套、支部书记队伍建设有待加强、党员管理缺乏有效的奖惩制度等问题。结论：应该优化党组织设置；创建学习型、服务型、创新型党支部；抓好党支部书记选拔培养激励；严格党员教育管理，发挥党员模范作用。

Objective：To understand the current situation of the construction of hospital party branches，in order to provide reference for strengthening the construction of party branches in the hospitals. Methods：Random sampling was used to select some party members and staff members of a hospital in Nanjing to fill out the questionnaire.At the same time，6 party branch secretaries were interviewed. Results：The survey showed that the party branch presented with unreasonable organizational setup，old-fashioned content and mode of activities，and the construction of the branch secretary team needed to be strengthened，and the party member management lacked an effective reward and punishment system. Conclusions：It is necessary to optimize the party organization，create a learning，service-oriented，and innovative party branch. It is also necessary to strengthen the job to select and cultivate the party branch secretary, and to strictly manage the party members’ education and give play to the exemplary role of party member.
