Abstract:Objectives：To standardize the work of comments on outpatient and emergency prescriptions to promote rational drug use in clinic. Methods：The prescriptions were randomly selected from the hospital during 2013-2014，taking The Method of Prescription Management as the foundation，referring to The Guidance of Antibacterial Drug Clinical Application Management System in Jiangsu Province Hospital and Antibacterial Drug Classification Management System of XX Municipal Hospital that enacted in July 2011. The results were statistically analyzed. Results：From 2013 to 2014，the qualified rate of outpatient and emergency prescriptions increased from 94.91% to 97.71%. According to the national policy and the local medical level，the hospital formulated the standard with an outpatient antibiotic utilization rate and the emergency use rate of 20% and 35%. The rate of antibiotic use in outpatient service was reduced from 19.83% to 18.43%，and the emergency department decreased from 34.07% to 33.07%.The levels of the indicators were within the standard range and declined. Conclusions：Through regular review to prescriptions，the problems in the prescription are found，and the qualified rate of the prescriptions is improved，which promotes the rational use of antimicrobial drug. It is the key link to improve the quality of prescription.
