Abstract:Objective：To investigate the application of refined operation analysis in the discipline construction through taking the construction of a sleep medicine center in a large public grade A tertiary hospital as an example. Methods：The background，space planning，hardware investment，working process planning were analyzed，and the feasibility of establishing a sleep medicine center were analyzed. Results：Through the overall assessment for the establishment of the sleep medicine center and the calculation of the expected benefit and recovery period，a complete feasibility assessment report was formed and submitted to the hospital leadership for reference. Conclusions：Refined operation analysis strengthens the communication between the operation departments and administrative departments，which helps the hospital managers to timely adjust operation strategies and realize fine management of the hospital.
