Abstract:Objective：To analyze the data of out-of-hospital consultation of a city-level tertiary general hospital from January 2016 to December 2018. Methods：The quality of out-of-hospital consultations was tracked by “Physician Outpatient Consultation Quality Survey Letter”. Results：The total number of doctors’ out-of-hospital consultation showed a downward trend. The main invited specialties were in provincial clinical key specialties，and the treatment was mainly surgical operation，among which the third and fourth grade operations accounted for the majority. The main prognosis of the patients was cure or improvement. Conclusions：Physician’s out-of-hospital consultation involves medical disputes，medical security，supervision and management. It is important to explore the new mode of standardized management of out-of-hospital consultation.
