目的：通过分析2016年1月至2018年12月期间某地市级三级综合医院医师外出会诊数据，了解医师外出会诊工作的总体情况。方法：通过发放《医师外出会诊质量调查函》，追踪医师外出会诊质量。结果：医师外出会诊总量呈下降趋势，被邀请专科以省级临床重点专科为主，治疗以外科手术为主，其中三四级手术占大多数。患者转归基本为治愈或好转。结论：医师外出会诊涉及医疗纠纷、医疗安全保障、监督管理等问题，应探索医师外出会诊新模式和规范管理。
Objective：To analyze the data of out-of-hospital consultation of a city-level tertiary general hospital from January 2016 to December 2018. Methods：The quality of out-of-hospital consultations was tracked by “Physician Outpatient Consultation Quality Survey Letter”. Results：The total number of doctors’ out-of-hospital consultation showed a downward trend. The main invited specialties were in provincial clinical key specialties，and the treatment was mainly surgical operation，among which the third and fourth grade operations accounted for the majority. The main prognosis of the patients was cure or improvement. Conclusions：Physician’s out-of-hospital consultation involves medical disputes，medical security，supervision and management. It is important to explore the new mode of standardized management of out-of-hospital consultation.
