中文摘要: 目的：总结“3.21”盐城突发重大爆炸事故批量伤员救援中的急救护理与组织管理。方法：立即启动群体伤应急预案，调配机动护理人力资源库成员待命，合理划分急诊救治区域，开通绿色通道，人员分组定岗，医护协作。结果：61名伤员得到快速有效的预检分诊、安全转运与有效救治。结论：完善的应急预案与有效的组织管理是应对突发事件的关键，加强各部门之间的协调、提高护士的应急能力是确保突发事件成批伤员救治成功的保证。
Abstract:Objective：To summarize the emergency nursing and organization management for a large mass wounded in Yancheng 3.21 sudden major explosion accident. Methods：The population injury emergency plan was carried out immediately，and all the nursing human resources staff prepared to await orders. The regional function of emergency department was regulated accordingly. The green channel was opened，and all the medical staffs had clear job description and collaborated with each other. Results：All the 61 wounded received rapid and effective triage，first aid nursing and safe transportation. Conclusions：Organized emergency plan and effective organization and management is the key point in dealing with accidents. The coordination among the clinical departments and emergency response ability of nursing staffs were related to the effciency of emergency treatment.
