目的：初步探讨江苏省企业人群卫生应急素养水平状况和影响因素，为提升该人群卫生应急素养综合干预措施提供依据。方法：通过随机抽取南京市和淮安市共5家企业员工进行卫生应急素养水平问卷调查。通过单因素分析和卡方检验，分析企业人群卫生应急素养水平的影响因素。结果：共回收问卷1 411份，其中1 372（97.24%）为有效问卷。被调查对象的卫生应急素养平均得分为40.08±7.13分，经单因素分析，性别、文化程度、工种类型和工作年限是卫生应急素养得分的影响因素（P < 0.05）；卫生应急素养合格人数（得分40分以上）946人（69.0%），经卡方检验，文化程度、工种类型和工作年限的不同人群卫生应急素养合格水平差别具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：文化程度低、工作年限短、岗位危险因素少是企业人群卫生应急素养得分低的主要影响因素。为提升企业人群有效应对各类突发事件的意识和能力，企业和政府应当开展有针对性干预措施，同时对文化程度低和工作年限短等重点人群要加以关注。
Objective：To explore the status and influencing factors of health emergency literacy among enterprise population in Jiangsu Province，and to provide reference for improving the comprehensive intervention measures of health emergency literacy among enterprise population. Methods：The employees from 5 enterprises in Nanjing and Huai’an were randomly chosen and enrolled in the questionnaire survey. Through single factor analysis and chi-square test，the influencing factors of health emergency literacy level of enterprise population were analyzed. Results：A total of 1 411 questionnaires were returned，of which 1 372（97.24%）were valid questionnaires. The average score of health emergency literacy was 40.08±7.13. Single factor analysis showed that gender，education level，type of work and working years were the factors that affected the score of health emergency literacy（P < 0.05）. The health emergency literacy of the enterprise employees was 69.0%（946 employees scored over 40 points）. Chi-square test showed that there were significant differences in the qualified level of health emergency literacy among different groups with different educational level，type of work or working years（P < 0.05）. Conclusions：Low level of education，short working years and few job risk factors are the main factors affecting the low score of health emergency literacy in enterprise population. In order to improve the awareness and ability of enterprise population to deal with various emergencies effectively，enterprises and governments should carry out targeted intervention measures，and pay attention to key groups such as those with low education level and short working years.
