中文摘要: 目的：探索医院青年管理干部系统性、规范化的培训模式。方法：以某医院2012—2015年入院的19名青年管理人员为培训对象，前期拟定培训计划，组织为期三年的规范化培训，培训形式丰富多样，积极开展实践。结果：三年期间经过有序安排、逐一落实，收获了良好的培训效果和培训经验，切实提高了医院青年管理干部的理论、业务水平和综合素质。结论：医院的发展需要高度重视青年管理人才的培养，青年管理干部规范化培训的形式有着积极的意义和价值。
Abstract:Objective：To explore a systematic and standardized training model for young administrative cadres in hospital. Methods：Nineteen young administrative staff admitted to a hospital from 2012 to 2015 were selected as the training objects. The training plan was drawn up in earlier stage，and the three-year standardized training was actively carried out with varied forms. Results：The training was arranged at an orderly manner and got good effect and experience，which effectively improved the theory，professional level and comprehensive quality of young administrative cadres in the hospital. Conclusions：Training of young administrative talents is important for the development of hospital. Standardized training for young administrative cadres in hospital shows positive significance and value.
