中文摘要: 目的:探索医院青年管理干部系统性、规范化的培训模式。方法:以某医院2012—2015年入院的19名青年管理人员为培训对象,前期拟定培训计划,组织为期三年的规范化培训,培训形式丰富多样,积极开展实践。结果:三年期间经过有序安排、逐一落实,收获了良好的培训效果和培训经验,切实提高了医院青年管理干部的理论、业务水平和综合素质。结论:医院的发展需要高度重视青年管理人才的培养,青年管理干部规范化培训的形式有着积极的意义和价值。

Abstract:Objective:To explore a systematic and standardized training model for young administrative cadres in hospital. Methods:Nineteen young administrative staff admitted to a hospital from 2012 to 2015 were selected as the training objects. The training plan was drawn up in earlier stage,and the three-year standardized training was actively carried out with varied forms. Results:The training was arranged at an orderly manner and got good effect and experience,which effectively improved the theory,professional level and comprehensive quality of young administrative cadres in the hospital. Conclusions:Training of young administrative talents is important for the development of hospital. Standardized training for young administrative cadres in hospital shows positive significance and value.
