Based on the financial situation of a municipal-level grade A tertiary hospital that carries out the new medical reform，the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of financial risk management in a hospital. Based on the analysis，the paper puts forward some countermeasures to the problems in hospital’s financial risk management from four aspects：system，financing，investment and operation，in order to improve the level of hospital management and ensure the realization of hospital strategic objectives.
