中文摘要: 目的：探讨某三级医院药品不良反应监测管理模式的方法和效果。方法：对2016~2018年上报的药物不良反应（ADR）进行回顾性分析，对报告质量进行评价，并对近三年在利用监测数据指导合理用药方面进行总结。结果：通过采取一系列的措施，报告ADR数占出院患者数、新的严重的ADR占比、医生报告例数占比及临床药师报告例数占比分别由2016年0.85%、11.50%、16.48%，8.79%提高到2018年的1.15%、23.02%、34.65%和10.37%。结论：ADR监测工作在保证用药安全方面有着重要的意义，提高ADR报告的数量和质量需要不断地持续改进。
Abstract:Objective：To investigate the method and effect of adverse drug reaction（ADR）monitoring mode in a tertiary hospital. Methods：ADR cases reported between 2016 and 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and evaluated，and the achievements by ADR monitoring in the past three years were summarized. Results：With a series of measures，the number of ADR cases reported increased from 0.81% in 2016 to 1.15% in 2018；Meanwhile，the proportions of ADR cases such as new and severe ADR，ADR reported by doctors，ADR reported by clinical pharmacists also rised significantly. Conclusions：ADR monitoring plays an important role in ensuring drug safety，and continous improvement is needed to improve the quantity and quality of ADR reports.
