    目的:探讨医院胸痛中心建设管理持续改进机制对胸痛患者救治的效果。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,分析某三甲综合医院胸痛中心建设管理中持续改进的具体作法,选取急诊PCI的STEMI患者,观察持续质量改进前后医疗质量控制指标。结果:胸痛中心管理持续改进后,急诊PCI的STEMI患者的首份心电图时间、首份心电图至其确诊时间、肌钙蛋白获得时间、D-to-B时间、导管室激活时间、平均住院日都明显缩短,院内死亡率降低,远程传输心电比例提升。结论:医院胸痛中心建设管理中,通过不断持续质量改进,强化了各类管理制度执行,提高了时间管理和质量意识,提升了胸痛患者救治效率,保证医疗质量与安全。

    Objective:To explore the effect of continuous improvement mechanism of the construction and management of chest pain center on the treatment of chest pain in in a grade A tertiary hospitals. Methods:This paper introduced the practice of continuous improvement in the construction and management of chest pain center in a gradeA tertiary hospital. A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the medical quality control indexes of the patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI ) receiving emergency PCI before or after continuous quality improvement. Results:After continuous improvement of the management of chest pain center,the time from the first electrocardiogram (ECG) to diagnosis trooping acquisition time,D-to-B time,catheter activation time and average hospitalization time of STEMI patients receiving emergency PCI were significantly shortened. The in-hospital mortality was reduced,and the proportion of remote ECG transmission was increased. Conclusions:In the construction and management of chest pain center in the hospital,through continuous quality improvement,the implementation of various management systems has been strengthened,time management and quality awareness have been improved,treatment efficiency of chest pain patients has been continuously improved,and medical quality and safety have been guaranteed.
