Abstract:Objective：To evaluate the effect of quality control circle in improving the clinical pathway quality. Methods：According to the implementation plan of quality control circle management， the current situation of the application of clinical pathway was analyzed，and the main reasons for the problems were found out and specific measures were formulated. At last the implementation effect was evaluated. Results：After the implementation of the quality control circlemanagement，the hospital’s clinical path entry rate and completion rate were significantly improved；At the same time，the intangible achievement of themanagement members was also significantly improved. Conclusions：The application of quality control circle management mode can improve the clinical path implementation and management quality，which is worth promoting.
