Abstract:After the occurrence of a particularly disaster，the county-level general hospital’s participation in the treatment of medical rescue is a major test of the hospital’s emergency response capability. This article introduces the entire first aid process involved in the medical rescue of the Xiangshui “3.21” extraordinary -explosive accident. As a county-level general hospital，it is necessary to achieve rapid emergency response，orderly emergency first aid，standardized hospitalization，intensive logistical support，and coordinated continuous treatment in participating in mega-medical rescue. It is believed that the comprehensive ability of hospitals is the basis for success；emergency and efficient treatment is the prerequisite for success；rapid classification of injuries is the guarantee of treatment quality；timely implementation of injury control and definitive surgery is the key to successful treatment of critically ill patients. At the same time，it analyzes the shortcomings of county-level general hospitals in the medical rescue，and proposes solutions and ideas.
