中文摘要: 目的：通过对南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院2009—2018年SCI收录论文进行统计分析，了解医院科研发展现状，为制定相应决策提供参考。方法：以SCI收录南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院的科研论文为依据，分别从论文的数量、影响因子、刊载期刊等方面，对该院2009—2018年发表的科研论文进行统计分析。结果：10年间共收录SCI论文2 207篇，其中论著1 926篇，论文数量总体上呈逐年增长趋势，但是高影响因子SCI文章偏少。结论：2009年以来，SCI 论文的数量和质量均有显著的提高，但缺乏高质量论著类文章。为此应加强学科建设，完善奖励政策，改进科研管理制度，促进论文质量的结构性变化。
Abstract:Objective：To analyze SCI indexed papers authored by Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from 2009 to 2018，and to learn about the development of scientific research in hospital，thereby providing reference for making decisions. Methods：The SCI papers of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital published in 2009—2018 were searched as the retrieval source and the quantity，impact factor journal distribution were analyzed. Results：There were 2207 papers published in SCI journals during the period of 2009—2018，and 1926 were articles，and the number rised year by year. However，the papers with impact factor≥10 were few. Conclusions：Since 2009，the number and quality of SCI papers have been improved significantly. We need to strengthen the discipline construction，improve the reward policy，and promote the structural change of the quality of the papers.
