中文摘要: 目的：探讨新时代背景下医院廉政教育长效机制的建立途径。方法：分析当前医院廉政教育形势，参考相关文献，结合医疗工作环境，进行系统分析和客观研究。结果：提出通过完善领导体制、学习制度、考评制度、廉洁家风等，促进医院廉政教育长效机制的建立。结论：新时代医院廉政教育长效机制的建立途径可包括：完善领导体制，健全工作机制；建立学习制度，引导廉洁自律；完善考评制度，责任落实到人；建设廉洁家风，塑造廉政文化；抓好医院廉政教育效果评价。
Abstract:Objective：To explore how to establish a long-term mechanism of anti-corruption education in hospitals in the new era. Methods：The current situation of anti-corruption education in hospitals was investigated，and systematic analysis and objective study was carried out on the basis ofrefering to relevant literature and medical environment and job practice. Results：It was found that leadership system，learning system，assessment system，uncorrupted tradition and effect evaluation could promote the establishment of a long-term mechanism of anti-corruption education in hospitals. Conclusions：In the new era，there are multiple ways to establish a long-term mechanism of anti-corruption education in hospitals，such as perfecting leadership system and working mechanism；establishing a learning system to advocate honesty and self-discipline；improving assessment system and clarify responsibility；paying attention to the formation of uncorrupted tradition and uncorrupted culture；improving effect evaluation of anti-corruption education in hospitals.
