Abstract:Objective：To investigate the situation of the leisure life of the medical staffs，and to analyze the influencing factors of the life satisfaction. Methods：The present situation of leisure life and the influencing factors of life satisfaction in the medical staffs in Wuxi People’s Hospital was investigated，and the correlation between was analyzed. Results：The medical staffs with different demographic characteristics，including age，marital status，occupational status，administrative offices，showed significant differences in life satisfaction. Life satisfaction of medical staff was positively correlated with leisure satisfaction（r=0.579，P < 0.05），positively correlated with leisure motivation（r=0.263，P < 0.05），and negatively correlated with leisure participation（r=-0.374，P < 0.05）. Conclusions：medical staff’s leisure participation，leisure motivation and leisure satisfaction have significant influence on their life satisfaction. The hospital should pay attention to the leisure atmosphere and ability cultivation，which could improve the life satisfaction of medical personnel.
