Abstract:Objective：To analyze and discuss the management effect of PDCA management tool in catering service of hospital staff canteen. Methods：PDCA method was used to analyze the problems existing in the canteen service for hospital staff. Results：With employee satisfaction as the index，the hygiene of canteen，canteen environment，quality of dishes and service attitude were evaluated respectively. Conclusions：Applying PDCA management tools to the assessment can improve the staff's satisfaction with meals，which is helpful to improve the management of staff canteens，and is worthy of application and promotion.
