Abstract:Objective：To investigate the innovation and practice of equipment management in public hospitals under the modern hospital management system. Methods：The current situation of equipment management in public hospitals in China was analyzed，and the innovation and practice of equipment management combined with the actual situation of our hospital was explored. Results：Through establishing a professional team, the equipment purchase approval process was perfected，and equipment utilization rate was measureed and evaluated, and a medical equipment sharing center was established. The refined management of public hospital equipment resources is achieved. Conclusions：Innovating equipment management in public hospitals and improving equipment utilization and equipment management level can achieve refined management of equipment.
