目的：探讨一体化救治模式在创伤中心中的应用。方法：该院创伤中心改革重组，以多专科综合团队模式代替单一的专科救治模式对多发伤进行一体化救治。结果：一体化救治模式实施以来将ISS＞16分多发伤患者的死亡率由2016年的11.2%降低到目前的5.9%。结论：一体化救治模式有效保证了多发伤救治的系统性、连续性、整体性，同时缩短了多发伤救治的空间和时间。
Objective：To investigate the application of the integrated treatment model in trauma center. Methods：The trauma center of our hospital was reformed and reorganized with multi-specialty comprehensive team model which replaced the single-specialty treatment mode. Results：The mortality rate of the patients with multiple trauma with ISS>16 was reduced from 11.2% in 2016 to 5.9% at present. Conclusions：The integrated treatment model effectively ensures the systematicness，continuity，and integration of treatment for multiple injuries，and reduces the space and time of treatment.
