Abstract:Objective：To explore the feasibility of social management of hospital medical records. Methods：A survey was carried out to learn the status of the management of the medical records，and to learn the perception and acceptance of social management of the medical records. Results：The acceptance level of the new model was high，but there were also corresponding problems and worries. Conclusions：The traditional model can no longer meet the need of the existing medical record management. Social management of medical record could maximize the benefits of limited resources and solve the problems.
