目的:探讨因多种原因导致全院范围的信息系统故障下,如何采用应急方案优先保障门诊基本业务工作的运行。方法:通过应急服务器准备、数据表结构同步、应用程序开发及操作流程,制定实现门急诊最小应急系统的顺利运行。结果:最小应急系统既可基于网络、也可单机执行,不改变业务流程及操作界面,使应急状态下的门诊挂号收费系统、门诊医生工作站系统及药房系统正常运行。应急状态结束后,自动回导数据到HIS服务器,保证数据的连续性、完整性。结论:门急诊最小应急系统是保障医院门诊基本业务正常运行的重要备用系统,可作为医院信息应急措施之一。
Objective:To explore the design and management of the minimum emergency response system to prioritize the basic work of outpatient and emergency services under the failure of the hospital-wide information system. Methods:The minimum emergency response system was designed,including emergency server preparation,data table structure synchronization,development of application program and operational process,and was implemented. Results:The minimum emergency system can be executed on the basis of the network or on a single machine without changing the business process and operation interface,so that the outpatient registration charging system,the outpatient doctor workstation system and the pharmacy system can operate normally in the emergency state. After the emergency state is over,the data is automatically returned to the HIS server to ensure the continuity and integrity of the data. Conclusions:The minimum emergency response system is an important backup system to ensure the normal operation of the basic outpatient services of hospital,which can be used as one of the emergency plan measures for hospital information.
