中文摘要: 目的：将PDCA模式应用于医院平均住院日管理，评价分析实施效果。方法：根据PDCA理论制定措施，缩短平均住院日。采用方差分析比较2015年至2018年医院平均住院日变化情况。结果：2015年至2018年4年间的平均住院日差异有统计学意义（F=57.2，P＜0.05）。结论：运用PDCA管理模式能有效缩短平均住院日，提高床位周转率，提升患者满意度。
Abstract:Objective：To apply the PDCA model in the management of average length of hospital stay，and to analyze the implementation effect. Methods：According to PDCA theory，measures were made to shorten the average length of stay. Variance analysis was used to compare the changes of average length of stay in hospital from 2015 to 2018. Results：The average length of stay between 2015 and 2018 were significantly different（F=57.2，P < 0.05）. Conclusions：PDCA model can effectively shorten the average length of stay，improving the turnover rate of beds，and improving the patients’ satisfaction.
