中文摘要: 目的:了解青年医务人员工作压力状况和影响因素,为提高医务人员工作积极性和医院管理提供依据。方法:采取整群抽样方法,对南通市 2家三级医院 750名 40岁以下的青年医务人员进行问卷调查和比较分析。结果:青年医务人员工作压力中度偏高,最大的压力源来自工作本身,其次是组织运行压力,而职业发展压力、角色压力和人际压力相对较小。结论:要合理设置工作岗位,科学测算工作负荷,完善民主决策制度,健全医务人员激励机制,提高医务人员的工作积极性和工作满意度。

Abstract:Objective:To study the work pressure status of the young medical staffs in tertiary hospitals,and to provide suggestion to improve the effectiveness of pressure management. Methods:A cluster sampling method was used to survey 750 staffs less than 40 years old from two tertiary hospitals in Nantong City,and the data was analyzed and compared. Results:Young medical staffs were under moderate stress,with the major stress coming from the work,followed by organizational running stress,career development pressure,role pressure and interpersonal pressure. Conclusions:It is necessary to set up the position reasonably,to calculate the workload scientifically,to perfect the democratic decision-making system,to improve the incentive mechanism of medical personnel,and to improve the enthusiasm and job satisfaction of medical personnel.
