工作量测算在大型综合医院文员增编中的应用△

摘要:
目的:探讨时间研究在某大型综合医院文员增编中的应用。方法:通过实地调研与访谈等方法详细记录该院甲乳外科住院医师临床工作中发生的每个动作,并记录每个动作的频次及耗时,汇总由文员代替的工作量后计算出合适的文员需求。结果:该院文员作业总量为13.2小时/天,需增编2名文员。结论:招聘文员可减轻临床医师的工作负荷;通过时间研究法统计文员作业总量来计算文员需求的方法稳定可靠,可为大型综合医院的文员增编提供参考。

Application of Working Hour Study Method in the Increase of Clerks in Large-scale General Hospitals△

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the application of working hour study method in the increase of clerks in a large-scale general hospital. Methods:Through on-the-spot investigation,interviews and other methods,each movement occurred in the clinical work of resident doctors in the department of thyroid and breast was recorded in detail,and the frequency and time consumption of each movement were recorded. The appropriate requirements of clerks can be calculated by the total amount of work of clerks after summarizing. Results:The total amount of working time of clerks in this hospital is 13.2 hours per day,so the hospital needed to add 2 clerks. Conclusions:Recruiting clerks can reduce the workload of clinicians. The method of calculating the demand of clerks by counting the total amount of working of clerks is stable and reliable,which provides a reference for the increase of clerks in large-scale general hospitals.
