目的：总结医院住院医师岗前培训BOOTCAMP实践效果及体会。方法：描述性研究方法对现有相关文献进行总结归纳，数据采用EPIDATA3.1进行录入，SPSS19.0统计学软件进行统计处理。结果：教学内容符合学员切实需求，主讲老师授课思路明确、形式生动。结论：住院医师岗前培训需要重视师资遴选工作，强调人文沉浸，课程设置需要持续优化，教育处要承担起主管部门支持角色。
Objective：To analyze the effect of BOOTCAMP in pre-job training of residents by statistical method. Methods：The relevant existing literatures were summarized. The data were input by EPIDATA3.1 and analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software. Results：The content of teaching meet the actual needs of the residentts，and the main lecturer's teaching ideas were clear and vivid. Conclusions：Resident pre-job training needs to pay attention to the selection of teachers，emphasize humanistic immersion，optimize the curriculum. Department of Education should play a supporting role.
