目的：研究一套行之有效的预防公立医院微腐败措施，从根源上彻底治理和预防微腐败现象。方法：以安徽省某公立医院2018年度开展省委专项巡视工作为契机，实施预防医院微腐败的实践工作为例，研究公立医院微腐败治理对策。结果：随着医疗卫生领域反腐败斗争深入开展，查处公立医院违规违纪等微腐败行为的力度持续加大，公立医院微腐败行为得到有效遏制。结论：通过总结公立医院防治微腐败工作所取得的成效和经验，防微杜渐，进而营造出风清气正的行医就诊环境，提高人民群众的就医获得感与满意度。
Objective：To establish a set of effective measures to prevent micro-corruption in public hospitals，so as to thoroughly control and prevent micro-corruption from its root. Methods：With the chance of the special inspection work carried out by the Provincial Committee in a public hospital of Anhui Province in 2018，the practical work of preventing micro-corruption in hospitals was taken as an example，and the countermeasures of controlling micro-corruption in public hospitals were carefully studied. Results：With the deepening of anti-corruption struggle in the field of medical and health care，it should be strengthened to investigate and punish micro-corruption such as violations of regulations and discipline in public hospitals，and micro-corruption in public hospitals was effectively curbed. Conclusions：By summarizing the achievements and experience of prevention of micro-corruption in public hospitals，we can prevent micro-corruption gradually，and then create a clean and healthy medical environment to improve the people’s sense of access and satisfaction.
