Quality Control Circles anesthesia nurse nursing management model drug management
目的：探讨护理管理中品管圈在麻醉科药品管理中的优化作用。方法：从“人机料法环”五个方面，进行麻醉科药品管理优化的护理实践。随机选取18名有3-5年工作经验的麻醉护士作为研究对象，通过在“药品核对和整理完成时间、基础药箱整理情况、平均补充药品时漏放率和错放率”等工作环节改良后，观察对麻醉科药品管理的优化作用。结果：改良麻醉护士工作在麻醉科药品管理中有明显的优化作用，核对和整理药箱时间明显缩短，药品漏放率和错放率明显降低，麻醉医生对护理工作的满意度显著升高。结论：品管圈护理管理方法，有效的改良麻醉护士工作，对麻醉科药品管理具有比较好的优化效果。
Objective：To explore the optimization effect of Quality Control Circles of the anesthesia nurses on the anesthesia drug management. Methods：Eighteen anesthesia nurses with 3-5 years of work experience were randomly selected as the research object. Their work were improved in the followiing aspects：checking and collecting drugs，collecting basic medicine boxes，reducing leakage rate and error rate in supplementing drugs. The optimization effect of drug management in anesthesiology was observed. Results：After the optimization in the drug management of anesthesiology，the time in checking and sorting the medicine box was obviously shortened，and the drug leakage rate and misplacement rate reduced. The satisfaction of anesthesiologist on nursing work was significantly increased. Conclusions：The improvd Quality Control Circles mode has an optimization effect on the drug management in anesthesiology department.
