Abstract:Under the background of progressive development of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment，neurosurgical surgeons face some predicaments during preoperative conversation such as low hospital resource allocation，diverse patient sources，large cognitive differences，high psychological expectations，and poor humane qualities in the medical staffs. Combined with Harry’s consulting window theory，iceberg theory，and the features of conversations of neurosurgical diseases，this paper explored preoperative conversational skills of neurosurgeons，and obtained the basic framework of preoperative talks，regular talks combined with special talks，group talks combined with single person talks. The combination of conversations fully reflects patient-centered medical service and improves patients’ compliance and treatment effects.
