Abstract:Objective：To put forward some suggestions for further construction of talent team through retrospectively analyzing the job of hospital’s talent team. Methods：This paper summarized the main practices of the hospital in the construction of talent team，and stated the specific measures of the hospital in the introduction，selection，training and management of talents. Results：The hospital has made some achievements in the construction of talent team，but it still needs to further strengthen the following work，improving top-level design of talent team，strengthening the construction of superior discipline team，paying attention to the cultivation of compound talents，building hospital academic exchange platform，implementing dynamic assessment of goal management，and establishing reserve talent information database. Conclusions：Talents are the core competitiveness. There is a long way to go in the construction of hospital talent team. We should emancipate our minds，find the differences according to the standards and promote the high-quality development of hospital talent team construction.
