中文摘要: 目的:通过对医院人才队伍建设的回顾性总结和分析,提出进一步加强人才队伍建设的建议。方法:总结医院在人才队伍建设工作中的主要做法,阐述医院在人才引进、选拔、培养、管理方面的具体举措。结果:医院在人才队伍建设工作中取得了一些成效,但是在做好人才队伍顶层设计、加强优势学科团队建设、重视复合型人才培养、搭建医院学术交流平台、推行目标管理动态考核、建立后备人才信息库等方面还需要进一步加强。结论:人才是核心竞争力,医院人才队伍建设任重而道远,要解放思想、对标找差,推进医院人才队伍建设工作高质量发展。

Abstract:Objective:To put forward some suggestions for further construction of talent team through retrospectively analyzing the job of hospital’s talent team. Methods:This paper summarized the main practices of the hospital in the construction of talent team,and stated the specific measures of the hospital in the introduction,selection,training and management of talents. Results:The hospital has made some achievements in the construction of talent team,but it still needs to further strengthen the following work,improving top-level design of talent team,strengthening the construction of superior discipline team,paying attention to the cultivation of compound talents,building hospital academic exchange platform,implementing dynamic assessment of goal management,and establishing reserve talent information database. Conclusions:Talents are the core competitiveness. There is a long way to go in the construction of hospital talent team. We should emancipate our minds,find the differences according to the standards and promote the high-quality development of hospital talent team construction.
