Abstract:Through the implementation of “personalized contract service package”，Yuhuatai District of Nanjing City designed personalized contracts for different key groups to improve the accuracy of family doctor services. Each community launched personalized services using different regional advantages，and formed a healthy competition among regions. Third-party participation models，such as the introduction of Internet technology platforms，provided more rich and convenient services for the residents. The district has made certain progress in the personalized signing service for family doctors，and has accumulated some practical experience，but the service capacity still needs to be improved. This paper put forward further development suggestions for Yuhuatai District to improve the insufficient services，to provde more convenient. Efficient health care for the residents.
