目的:探讨精细化管理结合分区管理在急诊质量管理中的实践与效果,旨在推动急诊管理质量的提升。方法:通过实施精细化管理结合急诊患者分区管理,评价急诊护士专科能力,包括理论考核、操作考核、护士综合处置能力、团队配合、协调与应急能力、专业实践、评判性思维、人际沟通、护理质量、环境管理以及病人、医生对护理工作的满意度。结果:精细化管理结合分区管理前后急诊护士专科能力包括理论考核、操作考核、护士综合处置能力、团队配合能力、协调与应急能力、专业实践能力、评判性思维能力、人际沟通能力、护理质量、环境管理以及病人、医生对护理工作的满意度等差异性均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施精细化管理结合分区管理对提高护理管理工作效果明显,值得更深入研究。
Objective:To explore the practice and effect of delicacy management combined with partition management in emergency management. Methods:After the implementation of delicacy management combined with partition management,the specialty competence of emergency nurses including theory assessment,operation assessment,comprehensive disposal ability,teamwork cooperation ability,coordination and emergency response ability,professional practice ability,critical thinking ability,interpersonal communication ability,nursing quality and environmental management,and the patients’ satisfaction were evaluated. Results:After implementation of delicacy management combined with partition management,the theory assessment,operation assessment,comprehensive disposal ability,teamwork cooperation ability,coordination and emergency response ability,professional practice ability,critical thinking ability,interpersonal communication ability,nursing quality and environmental management and patients’ satisfaction were significantly higher than those before(P < 0.05). Conclusions:Delicacy management combined with partition management can improve nursing management in the department of emergency.
