从社会人群影响医患关系的角度出发，梳理归纳了负面情绪的高传染性、正向引导的高阻滞性、伤病负担的高代价性、社会认同的高聚集性、就医行为的高便捷性等五个关联属性，简要探究了医疗费用过快增长、患者满意内容构成、医疗矛盾冲突解决、就医行为选择改变等四个关键问题，进而有针对性地提出了平抑医疗费用增长动机、调整患者满意构成要素、制定医疗纠纷解决机制、建立就医行为选择策略等对策建议，以期通过社会因素的利好影响带动医患关系的有力改善。

Based on the angle of social groups’ influence on doctor-patient relationship，the paper provided five associated attributes of negative emotion，briefly explored four key questions，and put forward four countermeasures，in order to improve doctor-patient relationship through the positive influence of social factors.
