目的：以某公立医院为例，了解安徽推行城市公立医院综合改革前后医院经济运行状况。方法：采用修改后的沃尔评分法对某院经济运行进行前后对比分析。结果：2015年医院经济运行状况得分最高，为110.39分，医院社会效益类指标得分2015年后逐年增加，从2015年的39.20分增长到2017年的41.22分，增长了5.15%。结论：改革各项措施陆续推行取得了一定的社会效益，但整体经济运行状况下滑，需注意医院本身的运行，注重医院内部管理，提高效益降低成本，提高员工工作积极性等。

Objective：To learn the status of economic operation in Anhui before and after the comprehensive reform of urban public hospitals. Methods：The revised Wall marking method was used to analyze the economic operation of a hospital. Results：The highest economic operation score of hospitals was 110.39 in 2015. The scores of the social benefit indicators of the hospital increased year by year after 2015，from 39.20 in 2015 to 41.22 in 2017，with an increase rate of 5.15%. Conclusions：The measures of reform are carried out successively and got some social benefits，but the overall economic operation is declined. It is necessary to pay attention to the operation of the hospital，such as strengthening the internal management，improving the efficiency and reducing the cost，and improviing the enthusiasm of the staff.
