中文摘要: 目的：探讨品管圈活动在缩短门诊患者取药时间中的应用效果。方法：成立活动小组，选定改善主题，通过梳理流程及现况调查，确定改善重点，进行原因分析后制定相应对策并实施，最终评价改进效果。结果：门诊患者平均取药时间由591.75 s缩短至401.65 s，目标达成率91.60%，进步率32.10%。结论：品管圈活动可有效缩短门诊患者取药时间。
Abstract:Objective：To investigate the effect of the quality control circle in shortening the drug purchase time of outpatients. Methods：The activity group was set up to select the improvement theme. The key points of improvement was determined by combing the process and making the status survey. The causes was analyzed and corresponding measures were put forward. At last the results of improvement were evaluated. Results：The average drug purchase time of outpatients was shortened from 591.75 s to 401.65 s. The target achievement rate was 91.60 % and the improvement rate was 32.10 %. Conclusions：The quality control circle can effectively shorten the drug purchase time of outpatients.
