运用PDCA理论指导公立医院分级差异化的医疗服务项目定价机制，将设计公立医院医疗服务项目成本测算方案、公立医院医疗服务价格调整模型构建与测算、根据缺失点探寻优化路径和构建价格补偿机制，建立分级差异化的医疗服务项目的定价机制四个阶段，对应至理论中的计划（plan，P）、实施（do，D）、检查（check，C）、处理（action，A）四个步骤，探索构建公立医院医疗服务价格调整管理模型提供理论指导，为制定公立医院改革中医疗服务价格调整提供政策依据。

PDCA theory was used to guide the medical service project pricing mechanism of the public hospital grading differentiation.Four stages of the medical service project pricing mechanism，such as the project cost calculation plan of the medical service project，construction and calculation of medical service price adjustment model，the optimization path according to the missing point and price compensation mechanism，establishment of medical service of fractional differential pricing，corresponded to plan（，P），do（D），check，(C)，action（A）.This study aimed to provide theory guide forpublic hospital medical service price adjustment management model.
