Abstract:Objective：To explore the methods，process and precautions for the implementation of “real-name registration” in secondary hospitals. Methods：Taking a secondary hospital in Wuxi as an example，this paper introduced the policy background，the background of the times and the actual needs of the implementation of the “real-name system registration” in the secondary hospitals，and the practical experience of the hospital to implement the “real-name registration” of the clinic. Results：The hospital achieved some results in the implementation of “real-name system registration” in the outpatient clinic，such as improving the patients’ identity awareness and improving the hospital’s information integrity. Conclusions：It is feasible to implement “real-name system registration” in secondary hospitals，but it is necessary to pay attention to the treatment efficiency of critically ill patients，protect patients’ privacy and focus on cost-effectiveness.
