目的：阐述了该院急诊无线输液系统的总体设计要求、业务流程与实践效果。方法：采用传统的CS三层架构系统，引入手持终端实现无线操作，通过数据集成平台获取HIS系统的相关数据。结果：系统成功设计并上线，其安全性和高效性得到了护理人员的充分认可和患者的普遍满意。结论：基于作者设计的技术方案，成功实施了无线输液系统，在满足临床实际需求的同时，也极大地提升了护理人员工作质量和工作效率，并有助于科室进行绩效考核和相关数据统计。

Objective：To state the general design requirement，process and application effects of wireless infusion management system in emergency ward. Methods：The system was developed based on C/S architecture，which utilized the handheld terminal to realize the wireless function. It obtained the related data from the Data Integrated Platform. Results：The System was designed and applied successfully. It gained the the satisfaction from the nurses as well as the patients. Conclusions：On the ground of this design，the new wireless infusion management system has been developed and enforced，which not also meets the clinical requirements，but also enhances the work quality and efficiency enormously. Besides，the system promotes the performance assessment and relative scientific research.
