目的:分析医院人员流失现状和影响离职的因素,维护医院职工队伍稳定。方法:采用5点量表法,对离职因素的影响程度进行问卷调查,运用SPSS19.0统计软件数据进行多维度的统计分析。结果:人员流失原因主要为薪酬福利低、个人发展空间较小、工作繁重压力较大、人际关系工作氛围压抑、个人和家庭方面五个因素。结论:从制定人才规划战略目标、建立薪酬激励机制、提升医务人员沟通能力、提升医务人员的职业价值定位、加强医院人文关怀、重视人才危机处理六个方面,提出可行性对策,降低人员流失率。
Objective:To analyze the status of staff turnover in the public hospital,and to explore the reasons for staff turnover to maintain the stability of the staff team. Methods:Questionnaire survey was designed for dimission factors with the five-point scale method,and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS19.0 statistical software. Results:The main reasons for staff turnover included low salary and welfare,small space for personal development,high work pressure,interpersonal tension and family reasons. Conclusions:This study puts forward feasible suggestions and effective countermeasures from six aspects to reduce the staff turnover rate:formulating talent planning strategy,establishing salary system,improving communication ability,enhancing occupational value orientation,strengthening humanistic care,and attaching importance to crisis management.
