    目的:了解上海卫生行业领军人才的现状,发现卫生行业领军人才培养存在的薄弱环节并提出优化建议。方法:对2005年至2018年从卫生平台申报并入选的领军人才数据进行梳理分析。结果:卫生行业领军人才入选时平均年龄48.5岁,46-50岁占39.3%;上海交通大学系统入选领军人才数量最多,为56人;中山医院和瑞金医院入选的领军人才均为17人,排在前列;临床医学学科领军人才最多,为198人,其中外科学59人、内科学51人。结论:上海卫生行业领军人才培养仍存在一些薄弱环节,可通过加强协作、各专业领域人才均衡发展等措施不断完善。

    Objective:To learn the status of health leading talents in Shanghai,and find out the weak links in health leading talents training,and to put forward optimization suggestions. Methods:The data of the leading talents from health platforms from 2005 to 2018 were analyzed. Results:The mean age of health leading talents was 48.5 years old,and those aged 46-50 years old accounted for 39.3%. Shanghai Jiao Tong University system had the largest number of leading talents(56 cases),followed by Zhongshan Hospital and Ruijin Hospital(17 cases). Most leading talents were in clinical subjects(198 cases),with 59 cases in surgery,51 cases in internal medicine. Conclusions:The study indicates that the existing weak links can be improved by strengthening cooperation and balanced development of talents in various professional fields.
